We’re delighted to return to the 4 star Tynedale Hotel for another great Christmas treat. Late night buffets, games, Ice bar ….no surprise that the Tynedale had been ranked in the top 25 hotels in the country!

Day 1

We have a leisurely departure following our local pick ups and head to Llandudno. With a comfort stop at Chester services we arrive at The Tynedale to a lovely Welsh welcome of Mince pies & a hot drink, while your luggage is taken to your room by santas little helpers! Our evening starts with a festive sherry reception with delicious canapes prior to our fabulous four course dinner and evening entertainment. Don't forget the late night buffet at 11pm!

Day 2

We plan a couple of local excursions during our time at the Tynedale (to be advised) to explore the area, with a day at leisure in lovely Llandudno. Meanwhile at the Tynedale, its Christmas Day! We enjoy a delicious Tynedale breakfast then late afternoon we find our singing voices for some traditional Christmas carol singing while enjoying afternoon tea, then its time to relax & build up an appetite for our delicious Christmas dinner. Entertainment follows our meal with a visit from Father Christmas and of course the late night buffet!

Day 3

We're onto Boxing day, another lovely breakfast. Tonight it is the fabulous Ice Bar Experience - Enjoy frozen shots, toasted marshmallows and a fabulous atmosphere! Then we make our way into the restaurant for a wonderful tasting menu with a touch of theatre. If you fancy, there's bingo following our meal prior to our evening entertainment. Of course theres chance to top up the calories with the late night finger buffet!

Day 4

New Years Eve! Late afternoon, following our afternoon tea, the Haggis rolling competition commences! Then its time to get ready for our fabulous New Years Eve celebration dinner, later the competiition continues with a Fancy Dress Parade. We see in an early New Year with friends old & new, Auld Lang Syne and of course a finger buffet!

Day 5

Following breakfast we say a sad goodbye this morning to the wonderful team at the Tynedale & commence our journey back to Leeds, but dont worry we'll be back for the fantastic Landlubbers Landcruise in March!

The Tynedale Hotel in Llandudno offers stylish en-suite rooms all equipped with modern amenities like digital TVs, free Wi-Fi, and tea/coffee facilities, with accessible and ground-floor rooms also available. A passenger lift services all floors but some single rooms are only accessible via 14 steps with no lift access. Other rooms may have steps invloved after exiting the lift, please advise if you have mobilty problems so we can advise accordingley.

Public areas are situated on the ground floor with the restaurant being on the lower ground, a passenger lift services all floors and there is a sloped entrance to the front of the hotel.
