Cromer is a picturesque seaside town located on the north Norfolk coast of England, renowned for its rich Victorian heritage, golden sandy beaches, and iconic pier.
The town is famous for its Cromer crabs, a local delicacy prized for their sweet, tender meat, and visitors often enjoy watching fishermen haul in their catch from the small fishing boats that still operate from the beach.
With its clifftop gardens, historic church tower (the tallest in Norfolk), and access to scenic coastal walks along the Norfolk Coast Path, Cromer offers a mix of natural beauty, cultural history and classic British seaside charm.

Day 1 Saturday
Following our local departures we make our way to Cromer, with comfort stops en route we hope to arrive mid afternoon to give you some free time in Cromer to find your way around and stretch your legs prior to our evening meal.
Day 2 Sunday
After breakfast this morning we make our way into the Norfolk Broads to Horning, where we enjoy a 90 minute cruise on the 'Southern Comfort.' We have some free time in nearby Wroxham, a scenic and bustling village located in the heart of the Norfolk Broads National Park, widely regarded as the "Capital of the Broads" due to its central role in the region’s boating and tourism industry. Wroxham offers a unique blend of natural beauty, waterside leisure, and local charm. It is a popular starting point for boating holidays, with numerous boat hire companies, riverside pubs, cafés, and shops, including the famous Roys of Wroxham, often dubbed the world’s largest village store! We head back to Cromer for an early evening meal before walking over to the Pier to enjoy our evening with the Sheringham Shantymen (show commences at 7.30pm)
Day 3 Monday
A leisurely departure this morning following breakfast. We make our way to Springfields at Spalding , a popular retail attraction combining over 55 outlet stores and beautifully landscaped gardens. You will find well-known fashion, homeware, and lifestyle brands at discounted prices and a lovely garden centre to browse through. Beyond shopping, the site features a variety of cafés, but one of the standout features of Springfields is its award-winning Festival Gardens, designed by renowned landscapers including Charlie Dimmock and Chris Beardshaw, which provide a peaceful and scenic escape with themed areas, water features, and seasonal planting displays if shopping isn't for you!
Following our visit to Springfields we continue our journey home, stopping off for a lovely two course pub meal nearer home, we expect to arrive in our local area early evening.
