Mannion Travel Terms of Booking
Day Excursions are Payable within 28 days of departure & are non-refundable. In the event of you being unable to travel, with reasonable notice we are happy for you to change the name on your booking.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person is required at time of booking a holiday or within 7 days of receiving your booking confirmation/invoice. The balance must be paid in full approximately 6 weeks prior to departure. The balance due date and amount due will be confirmed on your booking invoice. We reserve the right to cancel your booking & retain your deposit should the balance not be paid at the time requested. Bookings within six weeks of the tour departure date will become due at the time of booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us as soon as possible.
Deposits unfortunately cannot be refunded. In the event of cancellation the following charges apply:
Number of days prior to holiday Departure Date & Cancellation charge payable
Over 42 days prior to departure - Deposit
42 - 29 days - 60% of total holiday cost
28 - 8 days - 90% of total holiday cost
7 days or less - 100% of total holiday cost
It is necessary for there to be a minimum number of passengers for each tour to run, if we have insufficient numbers & have to cancel your holiday we will refund all money paid or offer you an alternative.
We reserve the right to make any necessary alterations to published itineraries or to use an alternative hotel to the one advertised for reasons beyond our control.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings & luggage and ensuring that it is loaded onto the coach. We cannot be held responsible for luggage left behind.
We will not be liable to you in any way or pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your booking in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions & unavoidable technical problems with transport.
We do recommend for all clients to take out Travel Insurance & we will not accept responsibility or liability for any person who does not take out suitable or adequate cover.
